Who are we?
Meet our principals
READI is an acronym of the first initials of 5 women in our family. Born and raised in the Shreveport-Bossier City metro of the great state of Louisiana, our partnership was born out of a desire to ensure that the communities we grew up in stop getting left behind in development opportunities. We laugh a lot, love fiercely, and are masterful at taking care of business. Our goals are staggering and the future looks bright… we can’t wait to share our journey with you!
